The following subscription terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") are the terms of a legal agreement between you, on the one hand, and Gameloft UK Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Gameloft"), on the other hand.
1/ Object
"The Gameloft Club" is a monthly-based subscription service which will be automatically activated when you enter your mobile phone number from this website and confirm replying "OK" to the message you receive on your handset (normal cost of a SMS).
2/ Conditions
UK only. You must be over 16 and have permission from the bill payer to use this service.
3/ Service
This subscription service allows you to purchase a mobile game according to Gameloft's Club catalogue available for your phone for only £2.50 every month. (+ SMS and WAP connection charges).
You will receive an extra game as a welcome offer for the first month free of charge (except connection charges). So you will get 3 games during the first month and will get 2 games the following months for £2.50 per month.
To access the service and receive your first game, you will have to enter your mobile phone number from this website and confirm replying "OK" to the message you receive on your handset (normal cost of a SMS). You will then receive a confirmation text message, and a link to choose the game you wish to download.
4/ Duration
Your monthly subscription will be automatically renewed if not unsubscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time by simply texting "Stop" to "88000" (normal cost of a SMS). Gameloft reserves the right to end the subscription at its will.
5/ Payments
The subscriber will be charged each month by the SMS he receives. Each SMS received from 88000 will cost him £2.50. (VAT included)
6/ Database right
In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1998, you retain the right to access, modify and prohibit this use by contacting Gameloft on www.gameloft.com
7/ Modifications
Gameloft reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to the charges associated with the subscription service.
8/ Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts notwithstanding the jurisdiction where you are based.
9/ Entire agreement
These Terms and Conditions override any contrary or conditions published by
Gameloft in relation to any order place by you with us.
